Management Team

Stephen Minogue
Vice President, Sleep For Life Center

Mr. Minogue joined Somerset Medical Center in 2009. He brings extensive experience in health care management to his role. He previously worked at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton for 20 years, serving in a variety of leadership positions, including vice president of support services; assistant vice president of clinical and ambulatory services; division director of clinical and ambulatory services; and director of cardiopulmonary services. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations at Hamilton Cardiology Associates, a private cardiology practice with 11 physicians and 110 employees. Minogue earned his bachelor's degree from Montclair State University and is a fellow of The HealthCare Advisory Board.

David Orloff, BS, RRT, RPSGT
Interim Director / Associate Director of Clinical Operations

Mr. Orloff joined Somerset Medical Center in 2004 and is a registered polysomnographic technologist and respiratory therapist with 17 years of experience in respiratory care and sleep medicine. He has held other leadership positions as supervisor and team leader in both professions and also has been an onsite clinical instructor for respiratory therapy students at Centrastate Medical Center, Freehold, and Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Mr. Orloff is a graduate of Rutgers University and is currently a graduate student at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Namita Joshi, MD
Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine Specialist

Dr. Joshi began her academic career at Boston University earning her bachelor's degree in Economics and continued her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine. She trained at both Somerset Medical Center and Capital Health at Hamilton to complete training in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and in Sleep Medicine. She returns to Somerset Medical Center as Clinical Faculty at both Sleep for Life and Somerset Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Joshi has strong interests in health education among her patients, general community and medical professionals.

 
Priyanka S. Yadav, DO
Pediatrics and Sleep Medicine Specialist

Dr. Yadav joined Somerset Medical Center in 2009. She completed her fellowship in Sleep Medicine at University of Texas, Southwestern, in Dallas, and her Pediatrics residency from Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, N.Y. Dr. Yadav is a graduate of a combined Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Osteopathy Program at New York Institute of Technology and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and in Sleep Medicine.

Robert McCaffrey, CRT, PSGT
Respiratory Therapist

Mr. McCaffrey began his career at Somerset Medical Center in May 2000.  He served as a Respiratory Therapist and Sleep Technologist for the Sleep Disorder Lab since its inception and subsequently accepted the position of Respiratory Therapist for the Sleep for Life program in 2007, where he now serves. Prior to Somerset Medical Center, he served as Clinical Director for Arcadian Healthcare and Healthcare Solutions. He also was owner and COO of New Jersey Healthcare, a medical equipment company.  Mr. McCaffrey graduated Phi Sigma Omicron from SUNY Rockland College, State University of New York.  He maintains memberships to the National Board of Respiratory Care and the American Association of Respiratory Care.
